Meet Our Members: Shauna Brown-1

Kadee Harcrow and Pam Sweeten invited Shauna Brown to Lubbock Monterey Chapter of AMBUCS on July 2021, to check this great organization out. Shortly after visiting Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS, she joined. Shauna is not sure who received the credit on here joining!

Shauna stated she really loves Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS’ mission and felt welcome right away. She was looking for a way to be more involved in the community while raising kids, running a business and being a wife, all at the same time. She and her husband, Josh, own and operate On the Double! Heating & Cooling. Something she feels important, is being a member, and for her activities in AMBUCS to fit into her schedule and level of commitment.

An interesting fact about Shauna, she has a twin brother, who speaks Spanish and loves to travel. Her favorite pastime is travelling; especially, to places with deep culture, friendly people, and warm climates.

Shauna and Josh were married on September 8, 2007. They have two daughters, Adalynn, and Brynlee. When she has the opportunity, Shauna brings her daughters to the Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS Monday luncheon meetings. This corresponds with her goal to give back to the community and show her daughters the importance of being involved in your local community.
