Pam joined the Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS chapter in 2019. Being new to Lubbock and taking a job in sales, it was vital to meet people.

Having been a mother to a special needs daughter an Amtryke would have been something that would have benefited Heather and also included Martin as something that we could have done as a family.

The Uplift & Inspire Women's Conference is where my passion lies. Being from CA I was part of an event we started in the 80's and felt that region was missing out on an event to bring all women together to be celebrated, inspired, where they could get their cup filled up! So, 3 years ago the Uplift & Inspire Women's Conference was born and received Nonprofit status in January 2024. This event is for all women and is held in October of each year.

What are my goals? Personally, I want to see AMBUCS to become a household name in Lubbock and nationally. I'd like to start a Student Chapter of AMBUCS at Texas Tech, award scholarships to Athletic Trainers locally and have this also on the national level.
