AMTRYKE RECIPIENT: Theo Ries

Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS had the joy of presenting 6-year-old Theo Ries with his very own Amtryke! Theo, who has cerebral palsy, now has a new way to ride, play, and experience the freedom every child deserves. This is Theo’s second Amtryke! When a person receives an Amtryke, they get one for life. Once they outgrow one, we refit them for a new one.

Moments like these are what our mission is all about — creating mobility and independence through Amtrykes. Seeing Theo’s smile as he took his first ride on his new tryke reminds us why we do what we do.
